LOCATION:  The Rufiji River Camp is located in the northeastern part of the Selous Game Reserve, on high bank overlooking the mighty Rufiji River and beyond.  The camp is away from Dar Es Salaam some 250 km by road which is around 6 hours by of driving on a mixture of rough road and tarmac, and it takes 45 minutes by an airstrip and you will drive for five minutes from the Mtemere Gate and airstrip. 

RESTAURANTS & BAR: It has a central restaurant and bar. Dinning, bar and lounge are all shaded by a makuti roof with views of the Rufiji River. Offers a well stocked bar and international cuisine.

ROOMS AND DESCRIPTION: The Rufiji River Camp has 20 comfortable tents, each with twin beds, private bathroom, protective mosquito nets and a verandah with magnificent views.
