About Mount Kilimanjaro

Mountain Kilimanjaro is 5895 mt high above the sea level, which makes it to be the highest free mountain in the World, the second highest mountain in the World and the highest mountain in Afrika to Roof the Afrikan continent. Geographically the mountain is made up by dormant volcano caused by extension force. At the top the Glacier (ice) covers the mountain throughout the year.

The mountain is having tropical rain forest, moorland and alpine desert altitudes before reaching the Uhuru Peak which capped with snow and ice. Even that, it does not close the door to the tales of the ancients about the mountain (Kibo as it was and still know to many). Different people with different perception look at the mountain in different angles depending with their ethnic background.

There are so many visions to realize while getting to the peak of the mountain Kilimanjaro. Apart from the sense of being able to fulfill the dream you have been nursing for long there is much to feel from the natural mystic blowing through the air. Listen from rhythm you will know the reason why the ancient habitants were calling the mountain

with the exclamation mark “KIBO”.

“Uhuru” (which means “FREEDOM”) Peak is the highest point on Kibo and indeed the whole of Kilimanjaro and it's slightly lower than Gilman's point which are the targeted goals for all trekkers climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Mountain round trip is usually takes five days using Marangu route. Growing up I was taught two basic lessons. “The help you receive coming is the help you should give when you get there” and “the people that you meet in your way up are the one you might meet them in your way down”.

On your way up to the top of Afrika these are possible life lessons to learn. What a great-life experiences you may realize while climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with us? These lessons have guided me through life and have greatly influenced my decision to spend as much time as possible with people who are eager to grow and learn. If I can pass the lessons that have learned to our clients, then I have done my Mama Proud!

Climbing the mountain and reach at the Peak in one thing but knowing more than what you knew about the mountain is another important thing to go back home with.

Best time for Mountain trekking:

From December to February are the warmest and clearest months and it is dry.

From July to September, but it is cold.
