Our personnel resources are scattered and networked in six zones of Tanzania.
Northern Zone: Covers the three regions of Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Tanga in the northern circuit of Tanzania.

Personnel: Chrispin Joseph Beer-Sheba, who is based in Moshi. He has vast experience in community development projects at the grass roots through participation and empowerment. Voluntarily he has leaded various development group teams in initiation, organizing, and co-ordinating in fulfilling Project objectives. His last thesis was on the Role of Education Toward Poverty Reduction carried in his Home Town- Moshi. Current he is working with Kushiland Expeditions and Tour Safaris while keeping pace with his community roles.
Southern Zone: Covers three regions of Mtwara, Lindi, and Ruvuma in the Southern Circuit of Tanzainia.

Personnel: Claude Kassiane, who is based in Mtwara and work at Co-operative College Wing as Field representative. He is an aged man of dignity and integrity. On his last thesis he was looking at the factors influencing Debt Repayment in Microfinance Providers and Urban poor empowerment carried in Mtwara.

Personnel: Doroth Kalikamo (Mrs.) who is settled in Songea where she works there. To keep pace with the Government effort on Promoting Co-operative movement in Tanzania, her thesis was on the Effective and Efficiency of Co-operative societies.

Personnel: Willigis Mbogoro: based in Songea. A man with leadership talents and skills. His last thesis was on the Corruption.
Western Zone: covers the regions of Kigoma and Tabora.

Personnel: Renatus Kusekwa, based in Kigoma. He is an aged man and always charming. His last thesis was on the Positive and Negative Effects of Rwandans Refugees in the country carried in Kigoma.

Personnel: Stephen Smith Mwailwa, who is also based in Kigoma. He is committed person to his work and his last thesis he was looking Government Revenue Collection in the Local Governmemt.
Coastal and Eastern Zone: covers Dar es Salaam, Morogoro and zanzibar.

Personnel: Mohamed Salum Mohamed, based in Zanzibar where he works as Co-operative officer. He has devoted much of his work on the community development of his Zanzibarian community. On his last thesis, he was looking at Women Participation in decision making and in community Development.

Personnel: Shaban Msiku, based in Morogoro. He wrote a thesis on the Enterpreneurship in Small business in Morogoro.

Personel: Veneranda Seif (Mrs.) based in Dar Es Salaam, where she works on human settlement industry.

Personnel: Suleiman Ali Hassan, based in Zanzibar where he works in Insurance industry, in which his thesis was also based upon.
Lake Zone: which covers Mwanza, Shinyanga, Mara, and Kagera.

Personnel: Jane Binamungu (Mrs.) based in Mwanza where she runs her occupational and social life. She is the considerate Mama and always willing to help. Her last thesis was on Women Empowerment and Participation in C0-operative movement.

Personnel: Petro Maheda Kija, based in Misungwi. A gentleman with a lot to share with in professional and social life. It goes without saying he is good person to work with. His last thesis was based in Local government.

Personnel: Kyara, N. He based in Mwanza. A good person to co-operate with. His thesis was in Co-operative industry.
Southern Highland Zone: which covers Iringa, Mbeya and Rukwa.

Bartalomeo Tito Haule: based in Mbeya where he works as Field Co-operative officer at Co-operative College wing. An experienced man to work at the grass root level through community socio-economical empowerment. He researched on Co-operative.

Benjamin Mwangwala, based in Ileje District. He is more than a charming, co-operate chap and a committed Christian. He researched on Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCO's) of his district.

Felix Mtuya: based in Mbeya where he works there. His thesis was on the fast growing Microfinance Industry.

Isaya Mwamaloba: based in based in Chunya District, and works there as a Co-operative officer. His thesis was on the role of co-operatives in poverty alleviation.
