As you sit in a basket suspended from a moss and tan balloon, you may wonder if you're still asleep and dreaming. The Serengeti Balloon Safari is one of the classics and creative safaris in Tanzania. This extra ordinary adventure of flying over Serengeti National Park by balloon gives tourists a great opportunity to view the Wildlife, Birdlife and the Serengeti Plains more visibly. With an experienced pilot controls the altitude of the balloon sometimes flying at treetop height, sometimes lower, offering a unique point of view and greater photographic opportunities of Landscape, Wildlife and Birdlife. sunrising, and float in whichever direction the winds of the morning takes us. An hour ride around before landing and return to the Lodge or camp. Breakfast at the lodge or campsite and continue with the itinerary. As usually the Safari commences before dawn and includes a champagne breakfast.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pre-arrangements must be done before taking this adventure. The Safari will fit in safari itineraries including a night in central Serengeti (Serena Lodge, Sopa Lodge or Seronera Lodge or any of the central Serengeti camp sites). |
